Michael Mehaffy is executive director of the Sustasis Foundation, and a researcher, author, educator and consultant on sustainable development projects in the USA and elsewhere. He is chair of INTBAU USA, the national chapter of a patronage of the Prince of Wales. He was the first director of education for the Prince's Foundation for the Built Environment, where e created a new educational program in sustainable urban development. He is well known as an author, lecturer and practitioner in sustainable urban development and architecture.
