Dr. Paul Roberts is currently working as a "Profesor Honorifico" at the University of Guadalajara in Ciudad Guzmán, Mexico. In 2005-06, he  worked at the same university as a guest professor, where he set up a Diploma Program in Leadership and Sustainable Development. Prior to that, he worked, mainly in Europe, for over twenty years in leadership and organizational development in the public, private, and not-for-profit sector. He has a Doctorate in Action Research from the University of Bath, England, and a Masters degree in Social and Political Sciences from Cambridge University. Dr. Roberts is an Associate of the Swedish Management Institute, MiL, an Associate of a global consulting company based in the Americas, called ‘Leadership in Management’, an Associate of Roffey Park Management Institute, England, and an accredited facilitator with the environmental organization, The Natural Step UK. Dr. Roberts maintains a blog about his experiences living and working in Mexico.
