A W.I.S.H.-Sierra Leone Reports Accomplishments (Fall 2008)

AWISH-Sierra Leone has commenced discussion with concerned groups on the need for a Sierra Leone UN-Radio Advocacy Programme on Disability as a probable means of showcasing the situation of disabled persons within and without the limits of the capital city since the declaration of the end of the war. AWISH-SL is currently laying the ground work for a cultural revival programme involving major tribal groups in the country as a post-war initiative. A Partnership Agreement was reached between AWISH-SL and Njala University-DPRD.
