NBIS Profitable Sustainability Services
NBIS offers expert services in all aspects of planning and implementation for sustainability in businesses and organizations. We assist companies in developing internal leadership and concrete strategies that bring benefit to the bottom line and to the communities and bioregions in which companies do business.

Opportunities for Participation
The Network is a membership organization through which members gain access to NBIS Interact, our online knowledge base and talent bank, receive discounts on registration for events, and access to project working groups. NBIS creates opportunities for collaboration across disciplines on behalf of sustainability goals. Business members receive 4 hours of consultation on sustainability assessment and opportunities. Organizational Structure
Karl Ostrom, PhD, is the Executive Director. Mary Rose, MDiv, is Co-Director. A committed Leadership Committee composed of business leaders and educators forms the advisory body for setting NBIS directions and goals. NBIS is an affiliate of A World Institute for Sustainable Humanity (A W.I.S.H.) and operates under the 501(c) 3 status of that organization.
