The mission of A W.I.S.H – Hellas is to foster and promote knowledge, understanding, social interactions, and creative endeavors addressing the human and global dimensions of sustainable community development. A W.I.S.H. – Hellas promotes learning, creative programs and activities advancing community wellness, preservation of natural resources, sustainable economies, and community prosperity. The mission is carried out through a multi-dimensional program of activities that include academic training, applied research, university partnerships, field internships, and international seminars, workshops and conferences in sustainable development, the arts, personal and community wellness and healing.

A W.I.S.H. – Hellas provides technical assistance, sustainability training, and strategic planning services to public service clients.
A W.I.S.H. – Hellas programs are centered in the host island community of Kefalonia, Greece. Programs and activities target Greek communities as well as other communities throughout the Mediterranean.
